Registration For Griffith's Christmas Light Competition Now Open

Griffith City Council’s annual Christmas Light Decoration Competition is now open for registrations.This festive competition invites residents to showcase their holiday spirit and creativity, with fabulous prizes up for grabs.
This year’s categories and prizes include:
- Mayor’s Choice – $500 Visa Gift Card
- People’s Choice – $500 Visa Gift Card
- Merriest Mailbox – $100 Visa Gift Card
- Best Dressed Street – Bragging Rights
“I’ll be looking for displays that capture the joy and magic of the holiday season,” he said.
“Whether it’s classic lights, creative themes, or something uniquely ‘Griffith,’ I want to see it all.”
Council thanks Soul Property for sponsoring this year’s competition, helping bring more festive cheer to the community and encouraging even greater participation.

Registrations close on Friday, 29 November, with Community voting commencing on 2 December. Winners will be announced on 23 December.
