Celebrate The Start Of Spring Fest At The Medlog Launch Party
Wednesday, 02 Oct 2024
Griffith Spring Fest is fast approaching. To celebrate, join us at the Medlog Launch Party on Friday, October 18, from 5pm to 8:30pm.Come along to the Griffith Tourism Hub Car Park, located at the corner of Banna and Jondaryan Avenues, for an evening of family-friendly fun, with a variety of live entertainment and a taste of local delights for everyone of all ages to enjoy. Entry to this event is free.
The Launch Party is the perfect time to see the Real Juice Company Citrus Sculptures while the street is closed to motorists, and celebrate the beginning of the Open Gardens weekend, all while enjoying the lively street party atmosphere.
Griffith City Council Events Coordinator, Izabella Apolloni, said she is thrilled to have Medlog as a major supporter of the Griffith Spring Fest Launch Party.
“There will be plenty of local food vendors including burgers by Alaina’s Kitchen, Riverina Kebabs, Rotary Club of Griffith East cooking the BBQ, Reggie’s Mexican food, Kim’s Roundabout coffee van, Roadie’s Donuts and of course the Ice Cream Van. The Perfect Pour will be serving local wine, beer and cocktails.”
The Lolohea Brothers will take to the main stage, and Phat Brass and wandering Acrobats will roam through the crowds. The kids will have a blast with fun activities organised by Bunnings and Council’s Youth Advisory Group (YAG).
The Open Gardens entry tickets will be available to purchase at the Launch Party, as well as Spring Fest merchandise from the Visit Griffith tent. Worm Tech will also be onsite to chat and hand out some cool giveaways.
The Medlog Launch Party promises an evening of community celebration and is the perfect time to acknowledge everything that makes Spring Fest so unique.
Mark your calendars and gather your family and friends for a night you won’t want to miss.
